Doug Shulman is a leader with experience driving change and innovation in complex, technology-enabled organizations.
He was Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service from 2008-2012. Before that he was Vice Chairman of FINRA and its predecessor NASD. Earlier in his career, he spent time in both the private and public sectors.
He is currently a Senior Advisor with McKinsey & Company and a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Center for Business and Government.
